To install you simply plug the adaptor between the telephone handset and telephone base. The only thing you need to be sure of is that the curly cord on your telephone can be unplugged from the base. When using the conference unit, you establish the call with the telephone and then press a button to transfer the audio signal through the conference unit. It's very easy to use. Technical Tip...If you don't already have a conference phone, you might want to look at the Konftel 50 as it can be connected to digital systems without a Konexx Digital Adaptor.
