Selecting the right headset will not only help you to work more efficiently but can also reduce neck strain and dramatically improve your working environment.  Getting it wrong can result in poor sound quality and discomfort.  On this page you'll find several phone systems listed where we have recommended headsets for specific system-phones.  If your system-phone isn't listed, or if you want help in choosing the right headset, please don't hesitate to give us a call.

Alcatel office/4200/4400 (Keyphones 4001, 4003, 40012, 4023, 4034) - If a traditional wired headset is required, we recommend the Plantronics SupraPlus,  Alcatel keyphones connect directly into the telephone handset socket.  An optional BiWay switch is available to enable headset/handset working. If a wireless solution is desired,  we suggest the Plantronics Voyager 510 system  or the Plantronics CS 60.

BT Meridian Norstar & Option (headset connects directly to the headset socket of M3310, M3820, M3905, M7208, M7310, T7316,  M7324, M2216 keyphones-see paragraph below for others) - If a traditional wired headset is required, we recommend the Plantronics Polaris SupraPlus.  Polaris headsets are supplied with the correct bottom lead.  If a cordless solution is desired,  we suggest the Plantronics Voyager 510 system  or the Plantronics CS 60 as these headsets are fully compatible with the BT Meridian Norstar & Option keyphones.

Other traditional wired Plantronics headsets connect via a vista amplifier into the telephone handset socket.  We recommend the Plantronics SupraPlus.  Be aware that a cordless solution does not require the vista amplifier so it is well worth considering a  Plantronics Voyager 510 system  or the Plantronics CS 60 cordless headset.

Mitel 3100 ICP & 3300 ICP - If a traditional wired headset is required, we recommend the Plantronics Polaris SupraPlus.  Polaris headsets are supplied with the correct bottom lead.  An optional BiWay switch is available to enable headset/handset working.
