| The Agfeo AS 281 all-in-one PBX is an easy to use telephone system designed specifically for the needs of the small business or branch organization. The AS281 allows connection to eight standard telephones (corded or cordless) and up to two digital Agfeo system-phones. An interesting aspect of the system is that it is supplied equipped and pre configured for connection of two analogue lines and two ISDN channels (one Basic rate circuit). The ISDN circuit is switchable (internal or external) which means if you don't require an external ISDN line you could connect up to two Agfeo digital system-phones or six ISDN devices. The AS 281 is supplied with an integrated Audio Kit (AIS), providing 40 minutes of recoding time in a WAV format for internal music or voice instructions and courtesy messages. It is not a voice mail unit, instead it provides the facility to record WAV files which can be accessed by system users. Applications include alarms, call queuing, wakeup calls and internal music-on-hold. PC's can be connected via the RS232 serial port or USB connection socket. Setup is simple and software based. The system is supplied with the AGFEO TK Suite of system software, providing access to:- - TK Set is the step-by-step tool to configure and program the system.
- TK Bill receives and interrogates data collected by your system. It provides detailed call usage information.
- TK Contact is an independent address database, its size depends only on the size of your hard disc. You can view, edit and store information, including customer names, addresses, notes and external file attachments such as word documents etc., so you can build a complete contact management system around your system.
- TK Client is the computer telephony interface (CTI) package for AGFEO that provides a connection between the PC and phone user. Install the Client/ Server and you open the advanced contact management system to all PBX network users. TK Client will 'screen pop' customer's details on to the relevant PC when an incoming number is recognised.
