In addition to standard features such as hold, transfer and conference you will also be able to take advantage of ISDN specific features such as DDI/MSN. (Your callers can be given an individual number for each of the four extensions and dial them direct). You will also be able to transfer and divert calls to external numbers. For example, you could divert incoming calls to ring your mobile telephone. The Agfeo ISDN system is supplied with the Agfeo TK-Soft CTI software package. It will let you program and manage the system from your PC. TK-Soft CTI software and a TAPI interface are supplied as standard and offer additional functions such as CTI making it possible to make and receive calls via the PC at the click of a mouse, Least Cost Routing (automatically selects the cheapest connection).

The system accepts connection of standard telephone sets but we strongly recommend the that at least one of the phone is a T15, as shown below.
